The Turner & Townsend Global PMO Team are delighted to bring you this second version of the global Shell RE Occupier Cost Index and Insights report. We have engaged with you and taken your feedback on board from version one, and we are thrilled that we are able to empower you with more data and insights well ahead of the 2023 financial year, and the next Operating Planning cycle.

We have broadened the location archetypes to cover the “typical downtown corporate office” and added the occupier space within an industrial or manufacturing site, to align with your plan to bring more of such sites under Real Estate’s portfolio.

Another key feature in the index is the inclusion of the REOCIT compliant IT and AV costs, which include network hardware costs, and these add an interesting dimension in the understanding of the drivers behind capital investments, and how these stacks up against construction costs.
